Delicious Super Healthy, Super Low-Cal Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins

Sometimes it feels as if being careful with your diet means you can’t eat anything decent. It isn’t true. Here are some delicious muffins for you to try. As they say, when the going gets tough, have a muffin!

Guilt-Free Ingredients:

1 ¾ cups oats 1 ½ tsp baking powder and baking soda 3 egg whites ¼ tsp salt ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa 1 cup hot water ½ cup unsweetened applesauce 1 cup sugar OR ½ cup of Splenda 1 tsp vanilla extract½ cup chocolate chips ½ cup Greek Yogurt ½ tsp cream of tartar OR 1 ½ tbsp vinegar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180º Celsius Line muffin pans with foil liners or spray muffin tin Blend all ingredients in food processor except the chocolate chips Stir 1/2 the chocolate chips into the mixture Bake muffins for 10 minutes, distribute the rest of the chocolate chips on muffin tops Bake for another 2-5 minutes
